Somatic Therapy meets your body where it is. Further sessions allow increased awareness, embodiment, safety, and progress to feel, express and integrate emotion and trauma on your healing journey. Please come with an intention for the session. The Zoom link will be emailed to you along with a link to the Health History Form. Please fill this out a day prior to your session. See you soon.
